In the case that you have waited up to 15 minutes after the payment is made, yet you still can’t access the members’ area or the product you purchased:

First, in the case of the membership, try to visit another post and see if you can see the full video on display. If it works, then this is a cookie issue. You might need to delete the cookies and cache to be able to access the previous post that still hasn’t granted you access.

If you can’t enter any of the membership areas, or you purchased the PPV and it’s still inaccessible, please contact me via the form on the homepage and provide your order ID.

Could you clarify the distinction between a subscription on this website and OnlyFans?

Our website offers faster content updates, with higher-quality videos available for viewing. In comparison, OnlyFans limits video quality to 1280 x 720 resolution, while we have 1920 x 1080 for you to download. From March 2025. You can purchase the PPV of your choice without a subscription. After the payment, you will find the details of the download link on the account page.

Is it possible to download videos from the website?

The videos on the site are available for streaming only after 2025 due to the streaming provider’s policy change. But for the PPV, you can both stream and download the file after purchase.

For all PPVs, it may offer additional versions of the video or alternative camera angles. Access to the download link(s) will be granted upon purchase. You can see the details on the account tab.

I can’t download the PPV I bought.

In the case that you can’t download the video, make sure that:

You download from the account tab (account –> order/download), not the link from the email. The download will only be allowed if there is a unique ID token with the connection.
For the same reason, you might not be able to download if you turn on invisible or incognito mode in the browser.
Sometimes, using a Mac also results in incognito mode. So if that happens, switch to Windows or use a normal browser to access the account.
On a rare occasion. When you click the download button, if the file is not automatically download, but open as a video player and play the stream instead. Try right-click and ‘save as’ or install a download manager such as IDM.

What are Loyalty points and store credits?

Every time you comment on a post, review a product, report broken links, or spend money on the site with a membership plan or PPV, you will earn loyalty points, which you can redeem for a future discount. Here is how many loyalty points you will gain:

Earn 2 points for every 1 dollar you spend on the site, either buying a membership or PPV.
For every 60 loyalty points, you can convert them to $1 store credit to keep on your account. This store credit can be used as money to pay or be discounted on the checkout page.
Leaving a product review or commenting on a blog earns 2 points.
Spend more than $100 per order, and you’ll get an extra 10 points.

* You will need to have an active subscription plan to be able to see the points tab on your account and redeem them. For guests who just buy PPV without having a membership, the points won’t be earned into an account, or in some cases, they will auto-deposit as soon as you have an active account again.

Usually, it will show your ‘username’. Unless you use email as the username. In that case, go to Account –> account details –> display name. And you can change what you want the public to see.
